How We Help
The Initiative for Inclusive Dialogue in Nigeria (IIDN) is here to enable and encourage more Nigerians to take interest in the public policy and political sectors, regardless of their social class, age and gender. Nigeria for everyone (#NigeriaforEveryone) has been our unique official motto and hashtag since our establishment in July 2017. We make our mission possible through inclusive educational, capacity-building and awareness-raising programs. IIDN is a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization. We especially, aim to work with underrepresented groups in Nigeria.

We make our mission possible through inclusive educational, capacity-building and awareness-raising programs. Nigeria for everyone (#NigeriaforEveryone) has been our unique official motto and hashtag since our establishment in July 2017
IIDN aims to shatter traditional barriers such as age, social class and gender that tend to limit people from being equipped with adequate education on sustainable and good public governance measures. At IIDN, we seek to and are interested in working with individuals and groups who share our values of inclusion and accountability, in public policy making and governance. Whether it is through:
Facilitating and conducting workshops: This aligns with IIDN's mission of inclusive education, capacity-building and awareness-raising. Our target audience ranges from grassroots community movements, youths, women, university students, NGOs, public governance organizations in Nigeria and the like.
Assessing inequity issues through conversations with community groups: IIDN was founded to promote inclusivity in sustainable good public governance training. Through this, we also aim to understand the barriers in public governance in the Nigerian society, which hinder inclusivity and thus promote inequity.
Letter-writing to political actors: When the PEOPLE feed IIDN with their truths and their assessments of public governance in their communities within Nigeria, we want to be able to strive to be part of the solutions to any issue(s), that they may raise. As such, we have taken it within our mandate, to write to lawmakers on behalf of unsatisfied communities within their constituencies or state or just within the nation.
